Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Most framed prints and collage art ship via UPS or FedEx Ground and typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
Framed Items & Fragile Products
All framed photos and collage prints are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Each item is inspected before shipping. In the rare event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
Local Pickup
Prefer to skip shipping? Visit us in person at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove, New York, located in the Food Court Wing next to Game On. In-store pickup is always free.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have any questions about your order status please reach out to us directly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Smith Haven Sports Collectibles is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact your local carrier directly.
